I play tight semi-aggressive, depending on the game. I think new or inexperienced players often player looser and more aggressive at inapporpriate times.
I think it also depends on who you are playing against. If you’re playing with someone new and easy to bully around, then you should take advantage of that.
It depends on what kind of game you are playing. Limit, no-limit, ring game, tournament.
In a single table sit n go poker tournament I would play conservatives at first. When there is 4 or 5 players left I would play aggressive and steal the blinds a lot.
